Sport and good sleep are incompatible






On the question of the benefits of active exercise every day experts are skeptical.

It turns out that a good workout and restful sleep are incompatible.

The more time we spend in the gym, much less sleep is our firm are British scientists.

They FTE study in which 14 athletes participated. All in 23 days wear special sensors that tracking the extent of their activities.

It turned out that more people active in the daytime, evening, have a short sleep with all the ensuing consequences.

Based on data from the experiment scientists are adamant that the sport activity after 20 hours is absolutely harmful, because every person have to stop activity at least 2-3 hours before bedtime.

Sleep is one of the great mysteries of life and we still don’t understand exactly why we sleep.But we are learning more about it every day.

We do know, however, that good sleep is one of the cornerstones of health.
