Against high blood pressure eat bread





Bakery products made from raw grains help fight high blood pressure, say British scientists.

Research showed that if one wants to preserve the health of your cardiovascular system must eat at least 85 grams of bread per day.

For 18 years experts studied 51,529 people at age between 40 and 75 years.

Of these, 31,684 persons in the experiment suffered from hypertension, cancer and heart disease, and by the end of monitoring, high blood pressure there was only 9227 people from all involved.

One part of the volunteers taking no more than 3 grams of bread per day. Other consumed an average of 52 grams. It turned out that taking a large amount of bread products reduces the risk of problems with blood by 20 percent.

Useful in the case are actually the raw beans. They are more efficient than vitamins in vegetables and fruits, which are claimed to affect beneficial for people which suffering from hypertension.
