My Concord NC dentist recommended the same homemade treatment for me. It did work.
It's kinda hard to find a legitimate oak bark though, I heard strawberries can make teeth whiter too.
There's a surprise. I never thought oak bark, of all things, could double as a mouthwash. I got to get some and try it myself.
My dental implants have recommended that too but it takes consistency and time--a lot of it before you get that white teeth. Is it any better? Apparently not, it's pretty expensive too not to mention very messy to prepare. I'll just get a whitening tube from Tesco--does the job in a snap!
