DIET with mandarin


Mandarins are not only delicious but also very helpful. Besides being rich in vitamin C and tangerines contain vitamin E and K. In mandarins contain potassium, which helps fight cellulite.

Tangerine will give you lots of energy and at the same time will protect you from cold.



Tangerine is a valuable dietary product. 100 g contains only 40-45 calories. Fruit acids help digestion and accelerate metabolism. Fibre contained in mandarins cleanse the urinary system.

DIET DAY with mandarin

Breakfast - a fruit salad of 2 tangerines, half a banana and 1 tablespoon raw pumpkin seeds. Season it with 1 teaspoon honey and cinnamon.

Lunch - grilled piece of lean fish / 100-120 on / pre-marinated in mandarin juice. Garnish it with 2 carrots, cut in slices and stewed.

16 hours - 2 tangerines

Dinner - get a salad of 200 g boiled potatoes, 2 tangerines, 4-5 ½ green olives and onion. Season it with 1 tablespoon dressing olive oil, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, parsley and pepper.


With mandarin DIET DAY TWO

Breakfast - one slice of sandwich bread, spread with low-salt cheese and garnished with slices of tangerine.

Lunch - a piece of roast chicken breast without skin. Cut into cubes 2 tangerines and stew them with butter on top of the knife and a pinch of brown sugar. Cover meat with sauce and garnish it with fresh salad.
